Neighbors: Young man shot to death while riding bicycle in southern Downey

DOWNEY – A man was shot to death early Monday morning while riding his bicycle, according to neighbors.
Neighbors said they heard a gunshot and screaming around 3 a.m. and saw a young man bleeding on the ground on Earnshaw Avenue near Prichard Street. The man, who was 19, died at the scene, they said.
