Super Stack burger place already for sale?

I found this advertisement online. It looks like there’s only one place it could be — Super Stack, the burger place attached to the movie theater.

Here’s what the ad says:

“3 month old gourmet burger shop is located in downtown area and next to the movie theatre, good rent and long term lease.”

I ate there once. It was good, but a little too expensive for my budget — which ain’t much.
