DOWNEY – The woman in this picture was driving around in her minivan serving food to gardeners up on Manzanar Avenue on the north side of town.
I was so tempted to walk up to the back of the GMC Safari and get me some taquitos carnitas, but I had already dropped $30 for today’s State of the City with Mayor Roger Brossmer.
I hope the food’s good.
