It looks like the La Barca Grill and Cantina is almost ready to embark. A guy was experimenting with this ring of fire Monday, and I don’t think a person experiments with a ring of fire until he’s about ready to go. This is opening over on Paramount near the Rives Mansion and Downey Brewing.
I should probably call these people or follow them on facebook or something.
