Is the machine gun a baby? Or will I be killed if I drive dangerously? Or both?

I saw this sticker on the way to work. And, as news anchors on TV like to say, it left more questions than answers. Is a baby really on board? Is a machine gun on board? I’m pretty sure it’s a threat. If I owned a gun, I think I might name it Baby, like that dinosaur from the 80s movie.
