T-storm at the Taste

Just a few hours before the Taste of Downey, a freak thunderstorm is moving toward the city.

South Gate is getting drenched and the storm is headed east, according to news reports.

The National Weather Service predicted a slight chance for thunderstorms during its late morning forecast.
